• Au Jus' (it appears to have entered everyday American parlance as a name for gravy/jus.

•   Despite curling the toenails of everyone with an inkling of culinary jargon or French who hears it used that way). 
• Amaranth, Arrabiata, Alfredo Sauce (playing to an American audience again). 
• Aalsuppe (this one's from Hamburg, Germany, and the meme is that you don't want to know).
