But as these changes in different markets. it is harder to come up with a comprehensive list.

Then you have designations like the Audi A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 or the Austin A35, A40, A90 or the BMC ADO-15 (more commonly known as the Mini).

You can start off with these two - the Austin-Healey 3000 and the Alfa Romeo.

The Austin-Healey is of British roots and came off the assembly lines between `1959 and 1967.

 It was always meant to be a true sports car and was available as an open model and a convertible.

Since it’s hard to keep a good thing a secret. the North American market wanted a piece of the action and the Austin Healey started coming to America around 1963 as the Austin Healey 3000 sports convertible.

For the Alfa Romeo, we’ll have to go to Italy where the company was founded in 1910 as A.L.F.A.

 Or Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili. The company was involved in racing during the early years.

The Alfa Romeo made its way to the United States around the mid-1950s with the importing help of Maximilian Edwin Hoffman. 

A New York auto dealer at the time. Later on, Alfa Romeo started exporting vehicles to the U.S in 1961.

There are many other vehicles that start with the letter “A” .such as the Audi and the Aston Martin.

But the Austin Healey and the Alfa Romeo are two that I would put on the bucket list.
